China has recently expanded its visa-free policy to include nine new countries. This new initiative is aimed at encouraging cross-border travel and boosting tourism. The countries now eligible for visa-free entry into China for business, tourism, family visits, and transit purposes are:
- Slovakia
- Norway
- Finland
- Denmark
- Iceland
- Andorra
- Monaco
- Liechtenstein
- South Korea
China’s visa-exemption policies have been instrumental in luring foreigners to visit. Official are also moving to ease headaches for international visitors, including payment problems foreigners encounter in the country, according to the Chinese state media.
